Warranty Information

Conditions of this Warranty

All Products must be installed in accordance with the installation instructions, if any, included with the Product, good plumbing practice, and in accordance with all applicable building, mechanical, plumbing, or other code requirements in effect at the time of installation. Failure to install Products according to installation instructions and/or any applicable code provisions will void this Warranty and may result in severe water damage.

Products must be used in a manner consistent with their intended use and be used in applications and environments acceptable to their material and design specifications, including not being installed in a system or environment that may operate at temperatures or at pressures that exceed the approved ratings which can be found on the product specification, packaging, or installation instructions.

Remedies Under this Warranty

If, after inspecting the Product, LSP determines that a Product failed during the Warranty Period due to defects in material or workmanship, LSP will repair or replace, at its sole option, free of charge, the defective product. LSP shall not be responsible for any incidental, indirect, contingent, special or consequential damages, including without limitation, economic loss, lost profits or the cost of repairing or replacing other property which is damaged if a Product is defective or does not work properly.

LSP assumes no responsibility and provides no warranty for any failure or damage caused by faulty installation, abuse, unreasonable stress conditions, excessive water hammer, over torque, damaged, defective or out of spec materials connected to or adjacent to LSP’s Product, exposure to freezing temperatures or excessive heat, or exposure to harmful or corrosive chemicals, fumes and/or other substances.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

In order to pursue a claim under this Warranty, a claimant must notify LSP within 30 days of claimant’s receipt of notice of a potential claim under this warranty and produce the Product within 20 days of written request from LSP. Failure to do so shall void any warranty.

THE WARRANTY SPECIFIED ABOVE IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY LSP AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND LSP SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES.

Some States do not allow or have other parameters governing limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from State to State. You should consult applicable state laws to determine your rights.
